ConvaTec Group Plc ("ConvaTec" or "the Company") announces that Brian May, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as Non-Executive Director of Ferguson plc (LSE:FERG), effective 1 January 2021. Upon Mr May's appointment, he will also join the Nominations and Audit Committees.

This announcement is made in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R.
