Dividend Declaration

In light of the results for the last financial year, and the positive start to the current year as set out in the announcement earlier this month, the Company will continue the dividend policy introduced last year, with an interim dividend of 0.4p per share. The Ex-dividend date is 3 December 2015, the Record date will be 4 December 2015, and the payment date will be 3 January 2015.
