Croma Group PLC (the "Company") announces that it received notification on 16 June 2010 that Sebastian Morley, a Director of the Company, bought 200,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.1p in the Company at 2.145p each on 16 June 2010.
Following this transaction Mr Morley has an interest in 23,200,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 12.25% of the issued share capital of the Company.
The Company has 189,337,805 Ordinary Shares in issue.
