Director Dealings
Croma Security Solutions Group plc announces that it has been informed of the following dealings in ordinary shares of 5p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"):
On 18 March 2019, Sebastian Morley, Chairman of the Company, sold 22,250 Ordinary Shares at a price of 96.4 pence per share and purchased the same number of Ordinary Shares into an ISA account held by him at a price of 96.53 pence per share. There has been no change to his beneficial shareholding which remains at 575,000 Ordinary Shares.
