Croma Group PLC03 January 2008 CROMA GROUP PLC ("Croma" or "the Group") DIRECTOR HOLDINGS The Board of Croma, the AIM listed surveillance security and homeland defencespecialist, announces that on 2 January 2008 two of the Board's Directors madethe following share purchases: • Nick Hewson, non executive director, purchased 230,223 ordinary shares of 5p each at 3.9p taking his total holding to 2,000,000 shares, which represents 1.17% of the total issued share capital of the Group. • Gerald McGill, recently appointed Finance Director, purchased 250,000 ordinary shares of 5p each at 3.8p giving him his first holding of shares in the company and which represents 0.15% of the total issued share capital of the Group.
