Croma Group PLC10 January 2006 10 JANUARY 2006 CROMA GROUP PLC ("Croma" or "the Group") AGM STATEMENT At yesterday's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of Croma, the AIM listed specialists in the design, development and production of overt and covert surveillance, security and defence related products, where all of the resolutions were duly passed, Chairman & CEO, John French, made the following comments: "Before I begin addressing the formal part of today's meeting, I would like tothank both shareholders and employees for their continued support andassistance. It has been a highly active period for the Group. Croma enjoyed a record order book, and conditional contracts have been exchangedfor the two acquisitions announced in December where, since then, constructiveprogress has been made in terms of the due diligence. The Group is hopeful tomake a full and detailed announcement, on this matter, later this month. The Group's Head Office has now relocated to Hereford, with the Croma Defenceoperation incorporating Croma-Shawley, based in Risca, South Wales. Managementchanges made at Croma Defence at the beginning of the first half are showingbenefits in terms of improved efficiency which, together with the enhanced orderbook and recent contract wins, has given the Group a much improved performancein terms of current trading. Croma continues to provide innovative and quality solutions to meet escalating demand with their existing surveillance & counter surveillance products, systemsand services.
