Chesnara plc (CSN.L) announces that Emma Dawe, Group General Counsel and a PDMR of the Company, has acquired ordinary shares of 5 pence each. In addition, the Company announces that Adam Murphy, a Person Closely Associated ("PCA") with Emma Dawe, has also acquired ordinary shares of 5 pence each.
Following the exercise, Emma Dawe now holds a total interest in 1,714 Ordinary Shares (including Ordinary Shares held by a PCA).
