Director Shareholding

The Company has received notification from Graham Kettleborough, an Executive Director, of a transaction in his shareholdings. He has advised that on the 28 March 2014 he purchased 6,900 shares representing 0.006% of the shares in issue at a price of 301.5p.

Following the transaction, Graham Kettleborough's holding is 75,000 Ordinary 5p shares, representing 0.065% of the shares in issue.
