Chesnara plc announces that Tom Howard, Group CFO and a PDMR of the Company, has acquired ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), pursuant to a dividend reinvestment plan.
In addition, Chesnara plc announces that Elsie Murray, a Person Closely Associated with Steve Murray, Group CEO and a PDMR of the Company, has acquired ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company, pursuant to a dividend reinvestment plan.
