Merger Clearances

The OFT has decided, on the information currently available to it, not to refer the following mergers to the Competition Commission under the provisions of the Enterprise Act 2002:

Anticipated acquisition by Survitec Group Ltd of the SOLAS Division of Zodiac Marine & Pool SASU

Anticipated acquisition by Survitec Group Ltd of the Marine Division of Cosalt plc
