Board Appointment
The Board of Cosalt confirms the following appointment to the plc Board:
Ken Murray is appointed a non executive Director with immediate effective.
Mr Murray will become Chair of the Audit Committee on his appointment.
Mr Murray was formerly Partner in charge of Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP in Aberdeen where his client base included many of the multinational oil and gas operators and service and support companies in the Offshore market. He was also on the Supervisory Board of PwC Uk and is a non executive Director of a number of other private companies.
