Total Voting Rights
In conformity with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Cyril Sweett Group plc (the "Company") notifies the market of the following:
Cyril Sweett Group plc's issued share capital consists of 57,059,105 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 10p each in the Company with voting rights ("Ordinary Shares"). Cyril Sweett Group plc holds 480,690 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Cyril Sweett Group plc is 57,059,105 (the "Figure").
The Figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Cyril Sweett Group plc.
