Cyril Sweett Group PLC31 October 2007 Cyril Sweett Group plc (the "Company")31 October 2007 Grant of options The Company announces today that it has granted options over 763,750 ordinaryshares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), pursuant to its EnterpriseManagement Incentive Share Options Scheme ("EMI"). At the same time it also granted options over 216,250 Ordinary Shares pursuant to its Unapproved ShareOption Scheme ("Unapproved"). These options are exercisable at 110 pence pershare at any time during the period from the third to the tenth anniversary of the date of grant.
