Transaction in own shares
The Company announces that on 12 August 2008, it issued 392,670 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") out of treasury as part of the consideration of Nisbet LLP and Nisbet Project Safety Limited, which was announced earlier this year.
The Company also announces that on 22 August 2008 it purchased 150,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 70 pence per share for treasury.
Following this purchase, the Company holds 238,020 Ordinary Shares in treasury. The Company's issued share capital consists of 57,301,775 Ordinary Shares with voting rights (excluding shares held in Treasury).
