DIRECTOR DEALING
The Company announces that it was notified on 16 April 2013 that on 15 April 2013, Nicholas Woollacott, Non-Executive Director of the Company purchased ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 27 pence per Share, and on 16 April 2013 each of the other directors of the Company purchased Shares at a price of 27 pence per Share. The number of Shares purchased by each director and their resultant interests in the Company are as follows:
