Grant of Options
23 September 2014 - The Board of Craneware plc (AIM: CRW.L), the market leader in automated revenue integrity solutions of the US healthcare market, announces that on 22 September 2014, the Remuneration Committee approved the granting of share options to certain Directors to subscribe for ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company as follows:

The above options have been granted at an exercise price of 522.5p per share (being the closing market price on 22 September 2014). These options will be subject to performance criteria, such that they vest in three equal tranches over three years. One third of the share options will vest on or after 30 June 2015, one third on or after 30 June 2016 and the final third on or after 30 June 2017. The share options will not become exercisable until three years from the date of the grant.
