25 October 2023 - Craneware (AIM: CRW.L), the market leader in automated Value Cycle solutions for the US healthcare market, announces that on 24 October 2023 the Company was notified that on that same day, Will Whitehorn, Chair of the Company, purchased 1,600 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company at a price of 1,560 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the purchase of Ordinary Shares, Mr. Whitehorn holds 4,589 Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company, representing 0.013% of the Company's issued share capital (excluding Ordinary Shares held in treasury).
