22 January 2015 Crystal Amber Fund Limited (the "Company") Share buyback programme - close period Crystal Amber Fund Limited announces that the Company is entering a two monthclose period ahead of the notification of its interim results for the sixmonths ended 31 December 2014. Pursuant to the share buyback authority approved by shareholders on 20 November2014, the Company has appointed Numis Securities Limited to manage anirrevocable, non-discretionary share buy-back programme to repurchase on itsbehalf, and within certain pre-set parameters, ordinary shares in the Company,which will be held as treasury shares, until the date on which the Company'sannual results are notified, which is expected to be on or after 23 March 2015.During this period the Company and its directors have no power to invoke anychanges to the programme and it is being done at the sole discretion of NumisSecurities Limited.
