("Crystal Amber Fund" or the "Fund") 

Dividend Declaration 

In the announcement made by the Fund on 30 June 2022, the Fund stated that it expected to return a further 10p a share (representing a gross return of £8.3 million) by mid-August 2022. The Directors of the Fund are pleased to declare a further interim dividend of 10 pence per share in respect of the financial year ended 30 June 2022. This dividend will be payable to shareholders on the register as at 15 July 2022 with an associated ex-dividend date of 14 July 2022 and a payment date of 12 August 2022.
