Notification of Transactions of Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs) and Person Closely Associated with Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PCAs)
The Company has been notified that the Investment Manager, Crystal Amber Asset Management (Guernsey) Limited, a PDMR of the Company has purchased 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Following the transaction, Crystal Amber Asset Management (Guernsey) Limited holds 7,137,991 Ordinary Shares equivalent to 8.45 per cent. of the Company's voting rights.
Crystal Amber Fund also announces that it has been advised that Juan Morera, an employee of the Investment Adviser to the Company, has sold 50,000 Ordinary Shares.
