Crystal Amber Fund was notified on 10 December 2025 that Richard Bernstein, a PDMR of the Company, purchased 40,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company on 10 December 2025. Following this transaction, Richard Berstein holds 50,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing approximately 0.08% of the Company's total voting rights and via Crystal Amber Asset Management Ltd indirectly controls 2,209,448 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing approximately 3.62% of the Company's total voting rights.
