JAMES CROPPER PLC (THE 'COMPANY')
DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDINGS
The Company announces that today the Trustees of the James Cropper PLC Profit Sharing Scheme ('the Scheme') have transferred beneficial ownership of ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') to each of J.M.Denman, M.Thompson and P.J.Willink who are directors of the Company.
The shares relate to an award of Ordinary Shares to the employees of the Company on 31 July 2008 under the rules of the Scheme at a price of £1.285 per share.
Following the transaction the directors' beneficial and non-beneficial interests in the Company are:
