The Company was notified on 3 August 2018 that on the same day, Martin Thompson, a Director of the Company, transferred 8,532 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Shares") to his wife, Emily Ledingham Thompson.
As a result, Martin Thompson's beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged.
