Director's Shareholding
The Company was notified on 17 July 2018 that on the same day Jim Sharp, a Director of the Company, bought 1,750 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 1512.5p per Share from a member of the concert party detailed in the Company's circular to shareholders dated 30 June 2015 (the "Concert Party").
Further, the Company was notified on 17 July 2018 that on the same day Jim Sharp bought 1,600 Shares at a price of 1513.5p per Share from two other members of the Concert Party.
The Shares purchased were invested in the SIPP of Jim Sharp.
As a result of the above transactions, Jim Sharp's interest in the Company's Shares has increased by 3,350 Shares.
