Share Option Grant

The board of the Company announces that, as part of a wider grant of options to staff of the Company, William McIlroy and Bernard Johnson, both directors of the Company, were each granted options over 1,303,275 ordinary 1p shares on 18 February 2011. No consideration is payable for these options. They are exercisable between 18th February 2014 and 17th February 2021, at an exercise price of 2.0p per share (being the average mid market price for the three business days immediately preceding the date of grant) subject to certain share price related performance criteria being met.
