Chepstow, South Wales - 24 November 2017 - Creo Medical Group plc (AIM: CREO), a medical device company focused on the emerging field of surgical endoscopy, today announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2017 together with its Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) have been sent to shareholders. The AGM will be held at 10 am on Wednesday 20 December 2017 at the Company's registered office, Block B, Beaufort Park, Chepstow, Wales NP16 5TY.
