Conduit Holdings today announces that Richard Sandor, a Director and person discharging managerial responsibilities in Conduit Holdings ("PDMR"), on 19 & 22 November 2021, acquired 3,900 Conduit Holdings common shares of par value $0.01 per share each at an aggregate price of £4.317 per common share. Richard Sandor's total current shareholding ownership interest in Conduit Holdings Limited now stands at 13,900 common shares.
