Creston PLC04 March 2005 04 March 2005 Creston Plc ("Creston" or the "Company")Result of Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") Creston, the marketing services and communications group, is pleased to announcethat the resolutions relating to the acquisition of Face Communications Limitedand the Placing and Open Offer, set out in the prospectus dated 9 February 2005(the "Prospectus") were duly passed by shareholders at the EGM held today at11.00 a.m.. Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the 9,745,603 newordinary shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authorityand to the London Stock Exchange plc for the new ordinary shares to be admittedto trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities. It isexpected that Admission will take place and dealings will commence in the newordinary shares on Wednesday, 9 March 2005.
