The Company announces that it was notified on 25 November 2015 that Kathryn Herrick, the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, purchased 5,700 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 119.6 pence per Ordinary Share on 25 November 2015.
Following this transaction, Kathryn Herrick is beneficially interested in 5,700 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.01% of the Company's issued share capital.
