Conduit Holdings today announces that on 5 September 2022, Michelle Quinlan, a person closely associated with Stuart Quinlan, a person discharging managerial responsibilities, acquired 24,250 common shares. Stuart's current shareholding ownership interest stands at 77,570 common shares. Michelle Quinlan's purchase of 24,250 brings her total current shareholding ownership interest in Conduit Holdings to 31,630. The total shareholding interest in Conduit Holdings' common shares held by Stuart and persons closely associated with him now stands at 109,200.
