Creston PLC30 January 2007 30 January 2007 Creston Plc (the "Company") Grant of Restricted Shares under the Creston Long Term Incentive Plan The Company announces that on 30 January 2007 the following awards were made tosenior executives under the Creston plc Long Term Incentive Plan (the "Plan") inrespect of 101,250 ordinary shares of 10 pence each, which included thefollowing awards made to executive directors and senior management. Name Position Number of ordinary shares Don Elgie Chief Executive 68,344 Barrie Brien Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial 32,906 Officer Subject to the rules of the Plan and the satisfaction of the performanceconditions, these awards are anticipated to vest three years from the date ofgrant. In addition, Mr. Elgie has existing awards under the Plan of 410,096 ordinaryshares and also has a beneficial interest in 1,427,914 ordinary sharesrepresenting 2.56 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. In addition, Mr. Brien has existing awards under the Plan of 283,315 ordinaryshares and also has a beneficial interest in 32,500 ordinary shares representing0.06 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
