Creston PLC02 September 2005 2 September 2005 Creston plc (the "Company")Exercise of Options The Company has issued 106,894 ordinary shares pursuant to the exercise ofoptions over ordinary shares at a price of 95 pence per share. Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for 106,894 ordinaryshares of 10 pence each in the capital of Creston to be admitted to the OfficialList and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities. It is expected that admission will take place and dealings will commence in suchnew ordinary shares on 8 September 2005. Following admission of the 106,894ordinary shares, the issued share capital of the Company will be 36,721,362ordinary shares of 10 pence each.
