Creston PLC29 June 2006 Creston plc (the 'Company') Additional Listing Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London StockExchange for admission to the Official List and to trading on the London StockExchange market for listed securities of 530,373 new Ordinary Shares of 10 penceeach in the capital of Creston plc. The Company has issued today 1,089 ordinary shares pursuant to the exercise ofoptions in the Company's Save as You Earn Scheme. On 14 November 2002 the Company announced that it had entered into an agreementto purchase EMO Group Limited. The Company has today settled the final deferredconsideration to the vendors by the issue of 529,284 new Ordinary Shares andloan notes and cash to the amount of £1,048,467. It is expected that admission will take place and dealings will commence in thenew ordinary shares on 4 July 2006. Following admission the issued share capitalof the Company will be 54,247,282 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each. Included in the above share issues are awards to certain members of theOperating Board of Creston plc.
