Creston PLC08 March 2006 8 March 2006 Creston plc (the 'Company')Exercise of Options The Company has issued 400,664 ordinary shares pursuant to an award under theCreston Long Term Incentive Plan. Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for 400,664 ordinaryshares of 10 pence each in the capital of Creston to be admitted to the OfficialList and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities. It is expected that admission will take place and dealings will commence in suchnew ordinary shares on 13 March 2006. Following admission of the 400,664ordinary shares, the issued share capital of the Company will be 37,587,673ordinary shares of 10 pence each.
