Croda International Plc announces that Danuta Gray, Chair and Independent Non-Executive Director, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Lloyds Banking Group plc with effect from 1 July 2026. Danuta will become a member of its Responsible Business Committee and Chair and a Non-Executive Director of Scottish Widows Group (part of Lloyds Banking Group) on the same date.
There are no further matters to be disclosed under UK Listing Rule 6.4.9.
