("Caracal" or the "Company")(LSE: CRCL) notifies the market that the Company's issued share capital as atthe close of business on 30 May 2014 was 146,788,854 common shares. The Companydoes not hold any common shares in treasury. As at 2 June 2014, the total number of voting rights in the Company is146,788,854. Shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for thecalculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify theirinterest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Companyunder the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules("DTRs").
