Corcel plc, (London AIM: CRCL), the Angola-Brazil focused energy company, announces that it has been informed of the following dealings by a director in the Ordinary Shares of the Company.
Mr. Gilbert has rebalanced his portfolio through the sale of a total of 5,885,587 Ordinary shares and the re-purchase of 5,869,828 Ordinary shares into his ISA. In addition, Mr. Gilbert has transferred 5,000,000 Ordinary shares to a family member.
Following these transactions, the total aggregate shareholding of Mr. Gilbert is 75,484,241 Ordinary Shares equating to 1.35% of the Company's issued share capital, representing no material changes to his shareholding.

Corcel has a notable oil and gas portfolio in onshore Angola that includes brownfield redevelopment opportunities and significant exploration upside. Corcel marked a new country entry into Brazil through the option to acquire rights to producing gas and exploration assets, further diversifying its portfolio and enhancing its growth potential.

· ROFR for 100% of the adjacent TUC-T-172 exploration block, located in the state of Bahia, onshore Brazil
Corcel's Battery Metals portfolio consists of an 80% working interest in the Mt Weld Rare Earth Elements project in Western Australia.
