Fundraising Completion

Corcel, the natural resource exploration and development company with interests in battery metals and flexible energy generation and storage announces the completion of the fundraising originally announced on 22 July 2022. The fundraising has closed at a total value of £357,320 including the broker option subscriptions, and will result in the issuance of a further 5,330,000 new ordinary shares at a price of £0.004 and 5,330,000 additional warrants to buy new ordinary shares at a price of £0.005 pending the conclusion of a general meeting.
The Company now intends to issue Novum Securities Ltd 4,466,500 Broker Warrants ("Broker Warrants") to subscribe for 4,466,500 new ordinary shares. The Broker Warrants are exercisable at a price of £0.004 and are subject to an accelerator clause and are subject to approval at the forthcoming general meeting.
A further announcement regarding the details of the general meeting will be made in due course.
