Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
CALGARY, Alberta, 5 December 2013 - Caracal Energy Inc. (the "Company") announces the following changes in the interests in the common shares in the share capital of the Company (the "Shares").
The Company was notified today, in accordance with DTR 3.1.2R, that on 5 December 2013 the following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") each acquired the number of Shares listed below pursuant to the open offer and/or conditional placing announced by the Company on 8 November 2013 at a price of 450 pence per common share.
