CAP-XX Limited, developer of the supercapacitor-driven BriteFlash power architecture for mobile phones, was informed that as a result of the recent issue of equity in CAP-XX Gartmore Investment Limited has an interest in 6,965,565 ordinary shares representing approximately10.2% of the issued share capital of the company. The holding is held as follows:
