Granting of Share Options
The Board of the Company announces that on 10th October 2013 share options were granted to certain Directors to subscribe for ordinary shares in the Company as follows:

The above options have been granted at an exercise price of 8.5p per share pursuant to the CAP-XX Limited Share Option Plan.
The share options have a life of four years with 25% of the options vesting 12 months after the anniversary of the grant date and the remainder vesting 1/48 from this date on a monthly basis.
