CAP-XX Ltd advises that current non-executive director Mr. John Murray resigned from the board of directors on 11th February 2011. Mr. Murray joined the board of the Company in 2000. His investment company, Technology Venture Partners was a founder investor in the Company and Mr. Murray has made a strong contribution to the Company over the past 11 years.
