Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting

The Company announces that a circular has been issued to the registered holder of shares in the Sub-Fund (the "Registered Shareholder"), for the purposes of convening an extraordinary general meeting for the proposal to merge the Merging Fund into the Receiving Fund (the "Proposed Merger"). Subject to receipt of the approval of the Registered Shareholder, the changes will take effect on or around 21 November 2024.
