CPPGroup Plc Appoints New Non-Executive Director

CPPGroup Plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Duncan McIntyre who has agreed to serve on the Board and will become a Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 January 2011.

Duncan has substantial experience of developing and growing businesses, having previously led Morse plc as Chief Executive, taking it from a small private company to a fully listed substantial plc, and being a key architect in the building of Monitise plc, the global leader in Mobile Money solutions listed on AIM. He is a qualified accountant.

The following disclosures are made in respect of paragraph 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules:

Duncan is Chairman and Non-Executive Director of Monitise plc.

Climate Risk Management Limited

Technetix Group Limited

Further to the announcement made on 5 July 2010, Tim Kelly will step down as Non-Executive Director of the Board on 31 December 2010.
