On 16 March 2016, the following transaction took place in relation to Ordinary shares of 2 1/15p each in the Company in respect of the following Directors of the Company:

Deferred Annual Bonus Plan ("DABP")
The Director referred to above exercised nil cost options in respect of the Matching Share Awards awarded to them under the DABP in 2013. The resulting shares from both the Deferred and Matching elements of the awards were sold at a price of £10.47 per share, as detailed below:
