Repurchase of Ordinary Shares
Cordiant Digital Infrastructure Limited (the "Company") announces that it has purchased 550,000 ordinary shares of no par value in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 90.0 pence per Ordinary Share. The repurchased Ordinary Shares will be held in Treasury.
Following the repurchase, the total number of treasury shares held by the Company is 800,000 and the number of shares in issue less those shares held in treasury is 772,759,707. The figure of 772,759,707 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
