Repurchase of Ordinary Shares
Cordiant Digital Infrastructure Limited (the "Company") announces that it purchased 650,000 ordinary shares of no par value in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 13 December 2023 at a price of 72.6677 pence per Ordinary Share. The repurchased Ordinary Shares will be held in Treasury.
Following the repurchase above, the total number of treasury shares held by the Company is 5,000,000 and the number of Ordinary Shares in issue less those Ordinary Shares held in treasury is 768,559,707. The figure of 768,559,707 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
