Chorion PLC18 April 2006 RNS Number: Chorion PLC 18 April 2006 CHORION PLC - POSTING OF REVISED SCHEME DOCUMENT RNS Number: Chorion PLC 18 April 2006 Chorion PLC ("Chorion") Posting of the Circular containing the Revised Proposals for the acquisition of Chorion Further to the announcement on 5 April 2006 by Planet Acquisitions Limitedregarding the Revised Proposals for the acquisition of Chorion, Chorionannounces that it has today posted the circular containing, among other things,the terms of the recommended Revised Proposals for the acquisition of Chorion(the "Circular") to Shareholders and, for information only, to participants inthe Chorion Share Option Schemes, the Chorion LTIP and the Chorion SIP and toholders of the Redeemable Preference Shares. The adjourned Court and Shareholder meetings to consider and, if thought fit,approve the transaction are scheduled to be held on 27 April 2006 at the timesdetailed in the Circular. Subject to approval at the relevant Court andShareholder meetings and the sanction of the Court, the transaction is expectedto complete on 18 May 2006. Save in respect of the expected timetable of events (which is set out in theCircular and is referred to above) and the increase of the offer from 425 penceper Chorion Share to 430 pence per Chorion Share, there have been no changes tothe Scheme.
