Chorion PLC12 April 2005 CHORION PLC ("Chorion" or the "Company") Award of Shares to Director's under Share Incentive Plan On 4 April 2005, an award of ordinary shares of 30p each in the capital of theCompany ("Ordinary Shares") was made to all eligible employees as part of theChorion Share Incentive Plan. This award was based on profits achieved during2004 and amounted to 4% of basic salary for each participant, subject to amaximum award of £3,000 based on a share price of 297p, being the mid-marketprice at the close of dealing on Friday 1st April 2005. No consideration waspaid for these Ordinary Shares.
