Silvermines Media PLC26 January 2005 Silvermines Media PLC ("Silvermines" or the "Company") Suspension of Trading on AIM Please note that this announcement replaces that released at 10.00am thismorning by the Company. The directors of Silvermines have noted both today's movement in the Company'sshare price and the press speculation that the Company is shortly to announce atransaction which, under the AIM Rules, would amount to a "reverse takeover".The Company has therefore requested the London Stock Exchange to suspend thetrading in the Company's shares with immediate effect, pending a furtherannouncement.
